Warm up WhatsApp numbers in the cloud every day, with no phone left on and a routine that looks like a real person's.
A brand-new number with no history starts blasting a contact list on day two. To WhatsApp, that doesn't look like a business, it looks like spam. The ban arrives before the first sale.
Warming up gives the number a history before you add volume: conversations at a human pace, volume that rises slowly and quiet hours at night. It lowers the risk, it doesn't remove it. What you do afterwards, like volume, list quality and reports, matters just as much.
Scan the QR code once, under Linked devices in WhatsApp. After that you can turn the phone off.
Your numbers chat with each other on a ramp, every day: text, audio, stickers and natural pauses.
The dashboard shows each number's phase. From day 31 it stays in an ongoing routine, ready for your sender, CRM or support team.
The dashboard shows the status, day and phase of each number. The examples below use sample data.
In the warm-up area you see at a glance which numbers are warming up, which are paused and which disconnected, with the warm-up day and phase of each one.
When the WhatsApp connection drops, the number shows as Disconnected with a Reconnect button. Scan the QR code again with the same number and the warm-up continues from the day it was on.
Numbers talk to each other with varied intervals, voice notes, stickers, read receipts and quiet hours at night. Volume ramps up slowly, like a real number would.
Plans are sized by how many numbers you warm up at the same time. Monthly or annual.

It means building a history for a number before you use it for business. A new number that starts sending in bulk right away looks like spam to WhatsApp. During warm-up it spends days exchanging messages at a normal pace and earns a reputation before it joins your operation.
No. You connect the number once and the whole warm-up runs on our servers during activity hours, with natural pauses. You can turn the phone off.
It depends on how you'll use it. For receiving leads, a few days already help a lot. For sending at volume, we recommend 7 to 14 days of continuous warm-up.
No. Nobody can promise a number will never be banned, and anyone who does is not being honest. Warm-up lowers the risk, but what you do afterwards (volume, list quality, user reports) matters just as much.
Yes, it works with regular WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business numbers. Warm-up is about the number, not the app.
No. ReadyZap only warms up numbers and shows their health in a dashboard. It is not a sender, CRM, chatbot or the official WhatsApp API. Once a number is ready, you use it in the tools you already have.
Starter warms up to 3 numbers, Pro up to 10 and Business up to 30, on monthly or annual billing.
Billing is currently in Brazilian reais only. Message us on WhatsApp, tell us how many numbers you need, and we'll walk you through the options.
Cloud warm-up every day, with a dashboard to follow each number.
