What is WhatsApp number warm-up?

Do I need to keep my phone on?

No. You connect the number once and the whole warm-up runs on our servers during activity hours, with natural pauses. You can turn the phone off.

How long until a number is ready?

It depends on how you'll use it. For receiving leads, a few days already help a lot. For sending at volume, we recommend 7 to 14 days of continuous warm-up.

Does warm-up mean my number will never be banned?

Accepted Answer

No. Nobody can promise a number will never be banned, and anyone who does is not being honest. Warm-up lowers the risk, but what you do afterwards (volume, list quality, user reports) matters just as much.

Does it work with WhatsApp Business?

Yes, it works with regular WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business numbers. Warm-up is about the number, not the app.

Starter warms up to 3 numbers, Pro up to 10 and Business up to 30, on monthly or annual billing.
